Tasty Smoothie

I love Sundays. It’s a relaxing, and a crazy day at the same time. I wake up, hit the gym for Body pump and Trekking, come home, relax for a bit, then hit the food store and do what ever else I need to get done (cleaning, cooking, shopping!)

After my workout, I need something yummy and fill me to get me going.

Today I made a fabulous smoothie.


I combined:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • ice
  • 1 sliced peach
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 spoon fulls of cereal

I topped it off with a little more cereal!!

I also had a cup of tea.


Tonight I am going to make a nice dinner for my boyfriend and I. Yesterday we were in a car accident. We were driving in the poring rain and someone stopped short in front of us on the highway. We were able to stop just in time, ut the car be hind us didn’t stop. Our car was crunched in between two SUVs. Pat just got his car a few months ago and its the first time he has ever had a new car.  He is taking it well (if that was my car, I would be flipping).

So now, the sad little Hyundai is sitting in our driveway waiting to be fixed.
